1. What is Family Jewellery?
Family Jewellery is a unique gift to give to yourself and your family members to celebrate each other. Each genuine birthstone can represent each and every member of your family in a variety of settings.
2. What birthstones do you use?
We currently use the most widely used set of genuine birthstones.
3. Do some of the stones cost more than others?
There are no additional charges for different selections (i.e. emerald is the same price as blue topaz, etc.) The only exception is a diamond option for April instead of white sapphire.
4. What are the accent stones on some of the styles?
The Always & Forever accent stones are diamonds and are included in the price. Some examples are style F1008, F1014, F1018, F1019, F1025, F1044, and F2006.
5. Do the pendants come with a chain?
The Always & Forever pendants include a chain.
6. How long does delivery take?
Allow for 14 days delivery as we take special care to provide you with the very best in quality jewellery.
